ทั้งๆที่ก่อนหน้านั้น ชีวิตของผมมีแต่ งาน...งาน...งาน จะมีเวลาเหลือก็คงแค่ตอนหายใจเท่านั้น ตอนนี้ผมได้เรียนรู้ที่จะปลดปล่อยงานบางอย่าง เพื่อที่จะทำสมาธิทุกวัน ทั้งตอนตื่นนอน และก่อนเข้านอน ขณะที่ผมได้เรียนรู้วิธีการทำสมาธิไปอย่างช้าๆนั้น ผมก็เริ่มรู้สึกว่า ผมจะระมัดระวัง ใส่ใจในคำพูด และการกระทำมากขึ้น เริ่มมองเห็นสิ่งต่างๆ จากมุมเล็กๆให้มีความหมายมากขึ้น
